HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

• Send a completed order form, and we’ll contact you to confirm the delivery details.

• Choose the size
  Select the preferred size of your finished portrait.
•  
• Creation process (about 10 days)
  The entire process takes around 10 days. You’ll receive progress photos by email as your portrait comes to life.

• Need a rush order?
  In some cases, we take on rush orders. These portraits take 4-5 days to complete. A 50% surcharge applies for rush orders.

•  
• Final delivery
  Once your portrait is finished, you’ll receive a final photo, and your order will be shipped to the provided address.

  All orders shipped by mail or courier come with a tracking number for convenient delivery tracking.
